  • Our Media Days are nothing like your school photos. Here is what you can expect to be included in your media day:

    Individual Portraits: Professional headshots and full-body action shots. Photographed on a white backdrop.

    "Hype" & Creative Shots: Photos involving smoke machines, dramatic lighting, and specific athletic props.

    Group & Team Photos: Traditional full-team lineups, as well as smaller "buddy shots" or position-specific groups.

    All digital photos are included with the media day.

  • The price is $35.00 per athlete for the Full Media Day experience. This includes photos on a white backdrop, smoke photos, and a team picture.

    If interested in only white backdrop photos and a team picture, the cost is only $30 per athlete.

    Specialty pricing available for those who book two or more media days for one day.

    $30 Per hour extra to add a second shooter.

  • Most media days are 1.5 to 2 hours per team, depending on the roster size and number of specialized stations. Please allow at least 25 minutes of lead time for equipment setup.

    Looking to shoot multiple teams in one day quickly? I get it, floor space is expensive. A second shooter can be brought in to the shoot. which means a full media day can be completed in just one hour per team.

  • I bring studio-grade strobes, specialized backdrops, and even effects like smoke machines to create a pro-style look right to you! I serve the entire GTA, from Peterborough to Windsor, and the Niagara Region.

    If you are outside of my normal service area, a small additional cost of $50 is added for gas/mileage.

  • I am happy to come out and shoot on location, including soccer fields, baseball diamonds, tennis courts, etc.

    What happens with bad weather?
    I unfortunately do not shoot in bad weather. I recommend having a backup location, indoors, for the day of the shoot, incase of bad weather.

  • Media days are best done on an arena floor, in your basic school gym, or a dedicated sized banquet or meeting room.

  • Athletes should arrive in their full official kit. Ensure jerseys are tucked, strings are hidden, and faces/hair are clean before their time slot.

  • I encourage props like sunglasses, necklaces, championship rings, hats and anything else to add personality to individual "hype" shots.

  • Although I strive to have photos ready to go straight out of camera, I always take care to give all the photos the extra punch to take them to the next level.

    The turn around time is 3-4 weeks for the fully finished gallery.

SPORTS COVERAGE

  • I cover all sports when it comes to action photography. I have equipment and gear that allows me to capture the action in any situation.

  • I serve the entire GTA, from Peterborough to Windsor and the Niagara Region.

    If you are outside of my normal service area, a small additional cost of $50 is added for gas/mileage.

  • Single game coverage is $200. This includes all of the digital images. Turn around time is 24-48 hours. Photos delivered via Google Drive link.

    Tournament coverage is between $350-$400 per day. Coverage from your first game of the day to your last. This includes all of the digital images. Turn around time is 24-48 hours. Photos delivered via Google Drive link.

  • The turnaround time for photos is 24-48 hours. I always bring my computer with me so if you need any day of game photos i can send some out to you while you wait for the full gallery.

  • Photos are delivered via a Google drive link. The organizer’s email will be added as an editor to share, view, and download all the photos for distribution.

FULL MEDIA PACKAGE
Sports are expensive, getting great photos of your young athlete shouldn't be. The full sports coverage package combines an awesome media day for your team and live action photos taken on any given game day. This package is great for teams looking for the best of both worlds, lots of coverage to help maintain social media presence, and is a great way to get lots of photos of your young athletes.
MEDIA DAY AND ACTION PHOTOS

  • The average cost of a Full Media Package is $550-$700 per team.

    Here is the cost breakdown:
    $30.00 Per Athlete for the full Media Day Photos. This Includes photos on a white backdrop, smoke photos, and a team picture.

    $250 for one day of full tournament coverage. Photos from the first game to the last game.

  • The package includes one full day of game coverage. If you play 2 games or 5 games that day, all the photos from that day are included in that price.

    Looking for more than one day of action coverage? Happy to spend a full weekend with you for a small fee of an additional $100 per day. The extra day must be booked back to back with the original day with some exceptions allowed (subject to availability).

  • I serve the entire GTA, from Peterborough to Windsor, and the Niagara Region.

    If you are outside of my normal service area, a small additional cost of $50 is added for gas/mileage.

  • Sports days are busy enough, so I book the media day and the sports coverage on separate days to help with your busy schedules.

    Both the media day and action coverage must be completed within 1 months of each other unless agreed upon.

  • The turn around time for the Media Day Photos is 3-4 weeks. The action photos are delivered within 24 hours via gallery link.
